betoShell^®CPC40 offers concrete facades in impressive dimensions – with panel sizes up to 10 m². The precast elements can be individually customized, allowing for both simple and intricately structured facades. Thanks to state-of-the-art CNC technology, tailored cuts are easily achievable.

Efficient Installation & Sustainable Construction

The ventilated curtain wall facade is attached to a substructure using undercut anchors – efficient, stable, and durable. At the same time, betoShell®CPC40 boasts sustainable properties: long-lasting, and resource-efficient due to minimal concrete cover.

The CPC technology from Holcim is approved by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt), comes with an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), and is certified Cradle to Cradle® – a clear commitment to sustainable construction and an environmentally friendly circular economy.

EPDs – Environmental Product Declarations for Holcim CPC Elements

You can request EPDs for our CPC elements. These EPDs are available on demand and are continuously updated to reflect the actual environmental impacts of the specific materials used throughout the building lifecycle. This ensures comparability between different construction methods and products. The EPDs for our CPC 40-2-2 and CPC 70-4-4 elements are available via the Institute for Construction and Environment (IBU).
