Residential Complex Lotsenhof, Mainz, DE

For the Lotsenhof project in Mainz, HERING Architectural Concrete handled the design, production, and delivery of a high-quality textile concrete facade. We used our betoShell®FLEX40 system, known for its filigree yet durable solutions in modern architecture.

A total of 507 facade panels were produced and installed across 639 m² in the lower section of the building. The project’s highlight lies in the customised surface design: a special matrix structure combined with coloured concrete in varying shades of grey creates a dynamic and elegant facade effect.
