Platform Canopy in Sinzig, DE

On behalf of Adolf Lupp GmbH & Co. KG, HERING Systeme successfully completed the design, manufacture, delivery and installation of a modern platform canopy at Sinzig railway station.

Our Evolution 2020 canopy system was used, with a total length of 42 metres and a width of 7 metres. The entire construction and installation work was completed within just 2.5 weeks.

The proximity of the overhead line system presented particular challenges during installation. Thanks to the precise work of our team, the canopy was installed professionally and safely despite the overhead line crossing the structure. Specially adapted safety railings for the insulators were also integrated. This enabled us to deliver a technically sophisticated and safe solution.
