Involved from Day One
On 3 August 2026, 14 of the new apprentices began their professional careers. Their first day featured a welcome and team-building programme that was independently planned, organised and delivered by the previous year’s group of apprentices. This tradition reflects the corporate culture and training approach at HERING: taking responsibility, supporting one another and working together as a team.
Five further apprentices are currently still abroad – three in Senegal and two in Vietnam – and will be joining the team shortly.
We warmly welcome all 19 apprentices and look forward to getting to know them and supporting them throughout the coming years. They can expect practical training, guidance from an experienced training team and genuine career prospects.
