On the 2nd of February 2016, Hering was commissioned by NJ Nordjyske Jernbaner A/S to plan,
pre-assemble and deliver a modula® type 1 island platform.
Already 14 weeks after ordering, the components could timely be delivered to the installation site Hirtshals in Denmark. In total, 28 pre-cast bases and 24 platform elements with a length of 6.66m each had to be planned and produced by colleagues from our technical office and prefabricated components plant in a minimum of time. Even the special restraint that the platform surface should have a yellow line marking the dangerous area in addition to the orientation system for blind people usually provided in Germany did not question the scheduled delivery date.
