The housing construction project in CH-Uttwil on Lake Constance enters its second round: After the first of three terrace houses was completed last year, building activities for the second phase of construction are now progressing rapidly.
On behalf of the Swiss concrete element manufacturer saw, Hering has once again become involved in this project. Like in the first construction phase, the façade of the new residential building is covered with grey betoShell®FLEX40 cladding elements in fine formwork design. The slender façade underlines the high-quality character of the terrace houses, whose flats provide a unique view of Lake Constance.
After the first construction phase had been completed in such a successful manner, nothing stood in the way of continuing the cooperation for erection of the following new buildings. Hering assumed the task of manufacturing and delivering the cladding panels, made of textile concrete, which have already arrived in Switzerland. The process of assembly by saw will follow suit.
