The first Evolution 2020 type roof was installed over platform 104/106 in Hanau. The roofing with a length of 130 m was built on behalf of HERING Bahnbau. Glass elements are located above the stairway. The second roof (also type Evolution 2020) with a length of 160 m will be built in spring 2022. Evolution 2020 was developed by HERING in cooperation with DB AG as a standardised and optimised roof system.
